Your store data is yours. It lives in your own box, in your name, and we never sell it. Here is the plain-words version of how we handle information.
1.Who we are
Keybox OS is a service of Mor Capital Investments LLC ("we", "us", "our"). We build and run AI systems for Amazon and Shopify sellers. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what we do with it, on this website and when we work with you as a client.
2.What this website collects
- Nothing you type on the page is sent to us. The free AI visibility check runs in your own browser. The FBA Profit Calculator is a separate site with its own policy.
- Booking a call. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give. We receive that booking so we can hold the call. Calendly's own privacy policy also applies.
- Email. If you write to [email protected], we keep your message and reply to it.
- Basic technical data. Like every website, our host may log standard data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you open, to keep the site running and secure.
3.What we collect when you become a client
- Your contact and business details, so we can set up your service and send you invoices.
- The store data Keybox reads to do its job: sales, orders, inventory, ads, reviews, returns and account health from the platforms you connect, such as Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads, Shopify, Meta Ads and TikTok Shop.
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
4.Where your store data lives
Keybox runs on your own server ("your box"), in a hosting account in your name. Your store data is stored in your box, not in a shared Keybox database.
- Your keys stay in your box, encrypted. Access keys for Amazon, Shopify and other platforms go straight into your box. We never ask for them by email or chat.
- We never ask for your Amazon password.
- Ask Keybox runs on your own AI account. When you ask Keybox a question, your question and the data needed to answer it go to the AI provider on your own account, under that provider's terms.
- Support access is yours to remove. If you choose our Keybox Care plan, we keep one secure access key to your box so we can maintain it. You can remove it at any time.
5.How we use information
- To hold the calls you book and answer your messages.
- To set up, run, maintain and support Keybox for you.
- To send you your daily report and service messages.
- To bill you and keep our business records.
- To keep our website and your box secure.
We do not use your store data to train AI models, and we do not use it for anything other than serving you.
6.What we never do
- We never sell your personal information or your store data.
- We never share your store data with other sellers or clients.
- We never make changes in your Amazon or other accounts without your approval. Every change Keybox makes needs your Accept, and can be undone.
7.Who we share information with
Only the service providers we need to run our business, each for its own job: scheduling (Calendly), email, payments, hosting, and the AI provider on your own account. We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety. If our business is ever sold or merged, client information may move to the new owner under this same policy.
8.How long we keep it
We keep booking and email records for as long as we need them for the reason we collected them, and business records for as long as the law requires. Your store data stays in your box for as long as you keep it. When you end your service, you keep your box and your data, and we remove our access.
9.Security
We use encryption for stored keys, secure connections, the fewest access rights needed, and approval for every account change. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you promptly.
10.Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, export or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of any marketing email at any time. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California may give you more rights. Email us at [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
11.Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our booking page on Calendly may use its own cookies, as its policy explains.
12.Children
Keybox is a business service for sellers. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
13.Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is important, we will tell our clients by email.
